For our second issue of our fifth volume, we explore various issues that has come to light around the world. Starting with the media representation of rape in India, the question of the current climate crisis in a unique lens. A critical review of Avia Pasternak’s ‘Political Rioting: A Moral Assessment’ (2018) where the implication of moral comparability and equality between military soldiers are discussed. A visit to Medellín, Colombia is taken to investigate the role of global tourism narratives in perpetuating the commercial sexual exploitation of girls there. Finally, considering open borders through a human rights lens and investigating into how the British newspapers shape public perception of Refugees.
